Paul & Mary JanePaul Plouffe
President

Paul and his wife Mary Jane have been serving our community with excellence in the area of Disaster Restoration and Heavy Cleaning services since 1985. Paul began his career in ServiceMaster as an area manager for the contract cleaning division and was made a partner in 1987. He purchased the franchise in 1995 and has grown the Disaster Restoration side of the business from $60,000 to over $1,200,000 annually. For the past 15 years his franchise has earned the distinction of being one of ServiceMaster's Top 200 International Franchises. Paul has a passion for serving customers, unleashing the creative potential of his staff and finding new ways to improve upon existing systems for delivering his services to the industry.

Paul holds a Bachelors Degree in Science and Psychology from UCONN at Storrs and a Masters Degree in Human Services Administration from Antioch New England Graduate School in Keene, NH. Mary Jane holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Our Lady the Elms College and a Masters Degree in Movement Therapy from Antioch New England Graduate School in Keene, NH.

Paul and Mary Jane have been married since 1984, have two grown daughters and live in Trumbull. Paul and his wife enjoy serving their community by volunteering at the Bridgeport Rescue Mission and their church.


Robert Fox

Robert Fox
Operations Manager

Robert joined the ServiceMaster Clean team in December 2010 with several years experience in the disaster restoration industry behind him. Robert brings his specialized knowledge in water, fire and mold damage restoration to bear in large loss situations that require project management from start to finish. Robert is certified by the IICRC in water damage restoration.

Prior to starting a career in disaster restoration, Robert served our country in the United States Navy. When he is not working, Robert enjoys spending time with his family and following football.


Christie

Christie Alesevich
Marketing Representative

Christie recently joined the marketing and sales team at ServiceMaster of Greater Bridgeport. Christie comes to ServiceMaster with her Bachelors Degree in English and Marketing from Central Connecticut State University and experience in PR and Events Marketing at the New Britain Museum of American Art. At CCSU, Christie put her marketing talents to use planning and executing alumni reunions, homecomings and graduation ceremonies.

A native of Trumbull, Christie enjoys traveling, hiking and painting in her spare time.


Renee

Renee Daconto
Office Manager and Human Resource Director

Renee Daconto joined ServiceMaster in August 2011 as Office Manager and Human Resource Director after managing her business, All American Advertising, in Stratford for several years. Prior to that, she held the position of Director of Finance of the Greater Bridgeport Transit Authority. She holds a BS in Accounting and a MA in Education from Sacred Heart University.

A resident of Stratford, Daconto enjoys camping, reading, tennis, skiing and traveling with her daughter’s soccer team.


Beverley

Beverley Pierson
Marketing Representative

Beverley recently joined the ServiceMaster team as a Marketing Representative. Her past experiences include working for AVON, the company for women, as a Sales Manager, and Terminix as a commercial sales representative and inspector.

In her spare time, Beverley sits on the Board of Education in Milford, where she resides. She also enjoys gardening and theatre.
