
Approximately one week prior to Thanksgiving we experienced a major soot problem from our gas fireplace. My insurance company sent ServiceMaster into our house to review the damage. They came on a "Saturday prior to Thanksgiving and immediately provided a cleaning on the following Monday. They were informed that my wife was having a Business Christmas Party on December 3rd and the cleaning of the entire house had to be completed by that date. The entire house was cleaned in an outstanding manner. The ServiceMaster representative was very responsive to our needs and followed up several times to insure that the work was being completed in a timely manner."
