Paul and his wife Mary Jane have been serving our community with excellence in the area of Disaster Restoration and Heavy Cleaning services since 1985. Paul began his career in ServiceMaster as an area manager for the contract cleaning division and was made a partner in 1987. He purchased the franchise in 1995 and has grown the Disaster Restoration side of the business from $60,000 to over $1,200,000 annually. For the past 15 years his franchise has earned the distinction of being one of ServiceMaster's Top 200 International Franchises. Paul has a passion for serving customers, unleashing the creative potential of his staff and finding new ways to improve upon existing systems for delivering his services to the industry.
Paul holds a Bachelors Degree in Science and Psychology from UCONN at Storrs and a Masters Degree in Human Services Administration from Antioch New England Graduate School in Keene, NH. Mary Jane holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Our Lady the Elms College and a Masters Degree in Movement Therapy from Antioch New England Graduate School in Keene, NH.
Paul and Mary Jane have been married since 1984, have two grown daughters and live in Trumbull. Paul and his wife enjoy serving their community by volunteering at the Bridgeport Rescue Mission and their church.
Shawn Voisine
Operations Manager
As an IICRC certified technician in Fire, Water and Mold Damage Restoration trained in Xactware estimating, Shawn is responsible for overall quality control of service, plant operations and maintenance, and supervision of daily production. Before joining the ServiceMaster team, Shawn co-directed the maintenance department at a year-round conference and retreat center in southern New Hampshire. Shawn has experience in and enjoys doing general contracting work including ceramic tile, framing, sheetrock, and general carpentry.
Fran Gray
Office Manager
Fran has been with ServiceMaster since 2004 and has been in the administrative operations field for over 25+ years. Fran handles the administration of all scheduled work. She is the first person on our team to process and track all services from beginning to end, including claims, sales, marketing and financial accounting.
In her spare time, Fran enjoys cooking, baking, and volunteering on the PTSA at her son's school and making meals for the hungry through the ministry of her church.
Laura Voisine
Marketing Director
Laura began her career at ServiceMaster at an early age. She has fond memories of helping her dad (Paul Plouffe) with many of the responsibilities that came with building the business—addressing envelopes, emptying wastebaskets and washing windows. What started out as a way to spend time with her dad, has developed into a genuine interest in the business. Laura is currently completing her Bachelor's degree in International Business at Fairfield University and enjoys the real world field experience that working at ServiceMaster provides.
When she's not thinking of new ways to reach our market (start receiving our quarterly e-newsletter: Industry INsights), Laura can be found cooking elaborate things, practicing Pilates and singing with her sister, Olivia. Laura resides in Bridgeport with her husband, Shawn, who is the Operations Manager at ServiceMaster.
Nancy
Director of Human Resources
Nancy has been at ServiceMaster for over five years and is presently the Director of Human Resources. She also assists in the daily operations at ServiceMaster. In her free time, Nancy enjoys sewing and home decorating. She also finds time to volunteer at her children's school and at her church.
