Kitchen fire cleanup

A restaurant in the area had experienced a fire on their stove and had used a fire extinguisher to put it out. Unfortunately this happened right before the lunch rush. Having used ServiceMaster of Greater Bridgeport in the past the management knew exactly who to call. Upon receiving the call, Bruce Carney, our Director of Sales and Marketing and Christopher Hindinger, our Operations Manager immediately headed toward the restaurant. Bruce had made sure to get on site first while Chris coordinated Andre Johnson, our project manager and Howard M. one of our technicians to be on site ASAP.

Upon entering Bruce had seen the powder covering the stove and knew it would be an extensive cleanup, however he reassured the management and head cook that the job will be finished as soon as possible and our goal was to get them opened by dinner. Chris arrived and immediately began taking measurements and briefing Andre and Howard on what needed to be done.

Howard and Andre completed the job by 4 PM, with an hour to spare before the dinner rush and the restaurant was able to open on time. Management could not be more happy with their experience using ServiceMaster of Greater Bridgeport and plans on calling them for any issues in the future. From start to finish they were happy and felt like they were being treated like a number one customer.
