I had a very special experience with Service Master of Greater Bridgeport. My daughter has a Toyota Forrunner that had a mold problem and I was having a difficult time finding a practical and effective solution. I came across this company in a Google search, and when I called, the President & CEO, Paul Plouffe, answered the phone. It was immediately obvious to me that Paul deeply cares; is a highly talented professional; and is an extremely fair minded vendor.
Well, my daughter's car got handled with a product called XSpore, and Paul couldn't have been more thorough in explaining the procedure, corrdinating the appointment with his excellent colleague Mark Goyette, and getting the job done.
