I had a very special experience with Service Master of Greater Bridgeport. My daughter has a Toyota Forrunner that had a mold problem and I was having a difficult time finding a practical and effective solution. I came across this company in a Google search, and when I called, the President & CEO, Paul Plouffe, answered the phone. It was immediately obvious to me that Paul deeply cares; is a highly talented professional; and is an extremely fair minded vendor. Well, my daughter's car got handled with a product called XSpore, and Paul couldn't have been more thorough in explaining the procedure, corrdinating the appointment with his excellent colleague Mark Goyette, and getting the job done. It has been an absolute delight getting "to know" Paul over the phone, and thru his compassionate and dedicated service.

Our company had the occasion to use ServiceMaster of Greater Bridgeport's disaster mitigation services in the wake of an unexpected sprinkler system malfunction. Water threatened to damage much of our valuable and irreplaceable inventory and ServiceMaster responded immediately to our call. Even though this even took place on Thanksgiving weekend, ServiceMaster's professional staff worked around the clock to mitigate the situation. I would recommend Paul and the entire team at ServiceMaster without hesitation. Not only were they responsive and attentive to our every need, but they were trustworthy and caring as well!

To a great crew! On Sunday morning, October 24, 2017 after showering wy wife went down stairs to get some laundry. Only to find about 2 inches of water. Our sewer had backed up through our washing machine vent. Not the first time, but dfinitely the worst. With my washing half full of sewer water and the rest of my basement flooded. My management company call the right companies to clean up the mess. First ServiceMaster arrived taking out what they can befor the drain company could clear the clog. What a GREAT JOB they did taking care of my valuables. Once my drain was cleared. ServiceMaster realy went to work. Laying down plastic to protect my raised floor in the other room, taking pictures, reboxing wet cardboard into other containers. Do I need to say more? After installing fans and heaters, and letting us know they would be back the next day to evaluate the next step. And with more work ServiceMaster finished up on Tuesday. Later that day Paul Plouffe Owner of ServiceMaster of Greater Bridgeport called to make sure we were happy with the work that was done. As a former property manager, and still a business owner what a great company!!

The crew was awesome! Unbelievably friendly and professional!  Rene and Jorge are excellent employees and made a miserable problem better for us - all at 3:30 in the morning.  And their supervisor Andre was very helpful, friendly, and responsive.

Matt is an amazing, courteous person - he worked hard to restore an important part of our lives.  His passion and knowledge about his craft is impressive as well - you are fortunate to have him on your team!

The crew were very prompt and considerate. The team was professional and accomodating to my schedule. Their work was excellent, sanitary and thorough. The quality of their work was excellent and I would refer them to my friends and use their services again. I would like to add Renee the Customer Service rep and Lonnie the technician were excellent representatives of your company!
