Just moved to the area and my dogs were nervous about the new surroundings and peed in one of the rooms. I cleaned it with a Bissell steam cleaner but I think it must have left a scent because now they have been doing it a lot. The room is carpeted. A friend of mine owns a Service Master in NY and I know he has said the smell can get to the beams of the wood and the way he cleans it is to oxidize but that sounded dangerous to me.
