Operation Rescue: The Human Side of Cleaning People ask me how I ever got into the cleaning business? Answer: unexpectedly! A background in hospital service and a stint in the hospitality business revealed a "service worker" that had been buried alive since my first "not-for-profit" Kool-Aid Operation. Today I'm still excited about serving people in their time of need. Cleaning has been the vehicle which has allowed me to raise a family, and help people recover from all kinds of setbacks resulting from the ravages of water, fire and storms. That's also why ServiceMaster of Greater Bridgeport supports the Bridgeport Rescue Mission. With the help of the mission's dedicated staff, brokenhearted men and women coming from incredible personal disasters are transformed and given new and constructive lives. In the end it's about finding the best in the worst and turning the disasters in life into new beginnings. That's what I enjoy most about ServiceMaster and the opportunities it has provided along the way. Paul Plouffe President, ServiceMaster of Greater Bridgeport
