What made you choose our company:

I was previously working with another fire & smoke remediation company after my house fire, however, they decided our project was too small. I called ServiceMaster and not only was I pleasantly surprised that they were interested in my project, but the president of the company called me back. They came right out to inspect my home and gave me a quote right away. The quote was itemized for each part of the cleanup. Each charge was fair and the total was less than other quotes I received. I paid 1/2 of the estimate as a downpayment and they sent a crew right away to start work. The two technicians had the right equipment and supplies. They were knowledgeable, worked quickly and were very personable. And they got the job done on time and without any problems. I experienced a scheduling conflict with them and another contractor. ServiceMaster said "no problem, we'll come back out at a more convenient time". They are just a pleasure to work with and they did not break the bank.
