When Mark Connelly. General Manager of Liberty Rehab, a medical supply house, became aware of building water damage during a severe rainstorm due to an improper roof re-construction, first thing he did was call Paul Plouffe, CEO of Servicemaster GB. "Service Master was on site working within 30 minutes of my call," Connelly reported. "Their quick action took the chaos out of a confusing situation," he added. He said ServiceMaster took care of the clean up while he focused on his job: taking care of business. " They took the worry out of the whole thing," he said, "so I was able to keep our business up and running even though we had a serious situation on our hands."

Workers were diligent, polite, and cooperative.  The best made new friends.  Sure will miss them.  I will tell everyone about them and Service Master.

We are very pleased with Service Master since the first day Rob came to see us.  He explained how the house and the contents would be cleaned after our fire.  He made us feel much more at ease.  Cecilia and Andre were prompt, courteous and thorough with their work.  The sub-contractors that Rob brought in for the drapes, clothes and linens and the cleaning of the duct work were a great help in clean-up.  Also Victor's steam cleaning of the furniture finished the job off.  The team gave us our home back.

Knowledgeable crew; fast response to my request, considering flooding in the area; all of the staff were responsive in phone calls, emails, or in person; patiently answered all my queries; removed water logged items to safe area and/or removed from the premises. Very pleasant experience under the circumstances!
